There are several stages to the admission procedure.  The first is to complete the online form available by clicking continue at the bottom of this page.  Only click and begin filling out this form when you have at least 45 minutes to focus.  The form asks a number of detailed questions, and it is inadvisable to rush.  After you have completed the online form, you will be informed whether you have been selected to proceed to the next stage of the admission procedure.

 

Applications are reviewed on a first-come first-served basis.  You can expect to hear from the CKD within 2 weeks of filing your application online.
